R30 not importing RF gain value

Hello all,

I'm reprogramming my R30 using the latest version of the RT Systems software. I have created my excel file. Everything imports properly except the RF gain value so after the import the RF gain value defaults to 1. Now i have to set the value manually for each channel it's tedious with about 900 frequencies. Do you have the same problems ? any ways to fix this ?

For those who are interested of affected by this problem, i sent an e-mail to RT systems this morning about my issue. They replied within the hour saying they were able to reproduce the issue and the developers were going to work on it and they would get back to me once it's fixed. Less than an hour later, they got back to me saying it was an easy fix for them. They modified a DLL and all i had to do is update the programmer. Now it works well. So you know the guy i exchanged e-mail with is Will, very nice guy and very fast in providing feedback. Hats off to RT Systems.
