I have just been given an R71a receiver, all seems to work well other that the dial / encoder. When dialing clockwise or CCW the frequency only increases. In other words it will not go lower in frequency when dialing CCW but the freq increases instead.
I've removed the white cap off the back of the encoder and cleaned the contacts but they seems clean and of course it didn't fixed the problem,
any ideas? thanks agn
