Any idea who "RA256" belongs to? It has the "new" NorthComm numbering system but does not coincide with any department I can think of or the agency that used to be "25xx" (Del Mar). They seem to respond all over NorthComm's jurisdiction so I'm wondering if it's a "floater ambulance" or something like the medics in San Diego that aren't based in a station?
