Racing Electronics Tones/Frequency Sheets

So i've gathered the frequency sheet for the Indy500 from Racing Electronics. It lists driver, frequency and RE.

I am assuming RE is the tone code. Does anyone know if this is CTCSS or DCS?

If it has a decimal in it, it is CTCSS. If it is a three digit number it is DCS.

If it's like most of RE's freq sheets, it probably lists the 3 digit codes they use for the RE2000 scanner (same as the old Relm HS200). Here's a link to the chart that converts them to regular CTCSS/DCS codes.
