2035 local getting radio balloon at FL38k coming North Aberdeen MD area.
Noticed it on Google APRS board.
Google Maps APRS

Broadcasting signal on 401.010 ID as LM56C1C2F on APRS.
Not sure who owns this.. Odd tone..
Could be these guys.. Looks like was launched from Patapsco River area.
Naval Academy Amateur Radio Balloons (aprs.org)
2046 Balloon dropping down up this way in Northeast Maryland now down to FL26k.

Balloon dropping down to 16k still Eastbound thru Delaware at 16k altitude.
Can still hear beacon hear on 401.010 with static but gets strong prob on how fast balloon is slowly
rotating.
