So for your first post, as a complete newbie, you do know that there is a very popular Brewery in the Northeast called Evil Genius? First thing I thought of.

Kudos for giving your location and the system.

You have drawn the attention of some very experienced members. Giving us the catalog number of the radio instead of the model of the radio meant we all had to look it up. No problem. :D
I have not looked up your system but if it's Phase ll as doc indicated there are radios capable of receiving your system but there's only one brand that does it really well. Uniden SDS series.

Make sure you're sitting down, when you look them up and see what they cost LOL. Welcome to radio reference... Bob.

Trentbob, the answer was looking you in the face, 20-163 = Pro163. ;)

EvilGenius, the Huron county P-25 Phase II only has three TGID's llisted. Unfortuately, Norwalk is one.:( My suggestion is to put in the conventional frequencies and monitor them.

There is sticker shock, and complete rethinking of how the new Phase II scanners work.

Think long and hard about what you want to monitor, because buying a new scanner is going to hit you hard in the wallet.o_O

Oh, and the SDS series will fry your brain at its cost.

Another way to listen to Huron county is to use RR's broadcastify.
Erie and Huron are one of the feeds. Norwalk PD is on the feed.

You can use a smartphone, tablet, or PC to hear all the juicy stuff in your neighborhood. Much less expensive than the new scanners.

Of course, if you want to spend $500+............

There's also the Bluetail receiver that is affordable. You might need some help setting it up, but, it will save you some money too.
