Trying to find and download ISCAN app with negative results.

Seen postings about EZScan, is this compatible with the Pro 107 and where and how can I download it?

No, EZScan is a Whistler product which won't work with that old analog-only scanner.

I show this website as having something - but for the life of me, I don't see how to get the file you need...

need iscan software Pro-107 for the Pro-107 or Pro-18, PM me. It's free. I dont know how to send a message to member who my have the software so I could get a copy.

Butel makes software that works with the Pro-197 which is a lot better than I-scan.

You're mixing apples and oranges. iScan was a proprietary software product for the Pro-107, and BuTel never made software for it. But yes, ARC500 works with the Pro-197, among many others, but not the 107.
