the phrase BAREBONE means nothing but the main system and .net 2.0 is installed not even done windows updates yet so no AVG is not installed and no Firewall either
I'm missing something. You advised that you are running a barebones system. What other applications?
[EDIT] Are you talking about customers on a shared server?

I'm courious how is RadioFeed given highest priority? By program name, TCP, or something else and is this done at the Cisco router?
Where are you seeing the dropped packets and are they inbound or outbound?

ok left me explain this in as easy a term as possible

Internet Comes in Via ISP then it goes to the Cisco Firewall / Access Router

This its Split port wise like this
1. Radio Feed
2. Customer Services
3. Customer Support Main Business Site

the way its routed is the Services on Machine 1 gets priority over other services

does this explain it better?

I see you are running three feeds. Do they all experience the problem and does the errors happen same time?
[EDIT] How long have you been running RadioFeed and when did the problems start?
I've only had two complaints of connection problems which is yours and the other a few days ago since RadioFeed has been out for a few years. There were other connection problems but they turned out to be other things. Like I said earlier, it has been time tested. I'm not saying there is not a problem and I'm willing to send you a series of test files for experimentation and to isolate the problem down.

[EDIT] I don't want to sound rude or anything but in the past I've had a policy of working on bugs via email only so I can send out test files and get a fast response and get the issues resolved quickly. This is a perfect example of why I do not work this way. It's time consuming. I've worked many of my off hours working with users via email. Not complaining but trying to make my programs perfect. I've had two users today that I sent test file(production quality) and got positive feedback from for something unrelated to this.
