I have used RadioFeed for past couple of years with excellent results. With that being said, I have noticed over the past 6-8 weeks that ' current listeners ' numbers after a while get to a point and never changes.
I check then with BroadCastify for the feed and it gives a different current listener. Generally higher than what is showing on the RadioFeed software.
I have always checked with the software to keep track of the amount of current users. I have a pretty good idea when what is shown is not following a norm from past experiences.
It seems the only way to correct it is to reboot the computer. Which I have never needed to do in the past as I have not had this issue before.
I have also tried to restart the software, but that does not seem to make a difference. There are times after restarting the software that the timer is running, the feed is running, but does not show current listeners. Even though Broadcastify shows them.
Any ideas on what is going on?
