Radioreference releases new user profile and amateur radio features

Looks like the badge feature has become popular, I know there has been discussion about others, and I don't want to start that again. But, one that would really be looked up to and appreciated is one for the "Mentors". having the word Mentor below your user name is very nice, but the badge would stand out a little better and be easier to spot!

Oh well, I thought it was a good idea (Mentor Badge). I found these searching and are they are just an example of what could be displayed for the Mentors. I know the sizes are to big, these were just examples. Would like nice just to the right of the circle that shows if your logged in or not.

I have a question. How does one view these profiles? I did not find any navigation anywhere on the site to locate a user's profile. Must we manually type in their name after radioreference.com/apps/user/ or perform a search (which could be very messy with many undesired results)? On a person's profile (once you locate it) there is a link to view their forum profile but there's no means to go the other way. Is there a member's list at the main site like there is for the forums? Is this related to a premium subscription? Or am I missing something?
I think the new features are nice but serve little purpose if nobody ever views them.

My account name is kd4e-1 as there was some database problem in the past with kd4e.

I don't see a "Shack" header & presume my account name is the problem.

Do I need to create a new account & have the old one deleted in order to most-cleanly access the fine new features you are adding?
