i didn't plunk down $12 bucks for shipping either. I understand where you are coming from. My frustration comments were aimed at those who have been around here long enough to know that if things aren't how they should be, Lindsay takes care of it. It's one thing to mention that the cost of the shipping is exhorbitant. it's another thing for the people who know better to start yelling RIPOFF before Lindsay even had a chance to look into it. Restraint is good sometimes.
