The Icom-R71A was the last one i had in the original box only used for one week been packed for 12 years decided to send it to icom friend of mine been a teccy for over 20 years got it back everything working perfect will plug on in the weekend and see how good it is.
Kenwood TS-480SAT friend of mine bought it never took it out of the box due to lost intrest in getting the f call licence bought it use as a receiver very happy with it so far like the idea how u can seperate the main body leaves you with plenty of space on the desk.
