I will call them tomorrow. They have an icom ic-r20 for a good deal and it is the unblocked version. I was hoping that they ship to the US.

Sorry to find that out, hope you can find a good deal from someone who will ship to you, I just called Radioworld this morning to tell them I was sending in my Uniden 396t scanner to fix the computer plug on the side of the scanner, it's has become loose and needs to be resoldered.

Radioworld UK does ship to the US I have bought a few things off of them.

Ok, i thought they would. Do you think there would be a problem with customs and getting a receiver confiscated? I would think not since they don't really know what it is.

Is it legal to import an unblocked receiver if you aren't a government authorized purchaser?
