Does anyone know what these codes mean?

So far I've verified two of them:

340 - Suspended Driver’s License
Code 48 - Traffic stop

Code 98 ?
Code 97 ?
Code 22 ?
Code 21 ?
Code 19 ?

10 - 6?

I often hear the dispatcher say something like, "Negative ATS, ATF".
Any idea what that is?

Negative ACS/ATS refers to warrant checks.

ACS - Automated Complaint System - warrants stemming from criminal matters for things such as failure to appear

ATS - Automated Traffic System - warrants from unpaid traffic tickets.

Another one you'll also hear is 450 which is 39:4-50 (Drunk driving).

I might point out that these codes are used by most if not all of the Law Enforcement agencies in Morris County and are not limited to just Randolph.

Around here most fire departments have gone to clear text (plain english) but police departments havent and neither have first aid squads. Elsewhere in the state, where I go to college, this is also true.
