Is Rankin cnty. Using their own system or completely on the MSWIN? Also what modes are phase 1? Thanks jerry

All of Rankin is on the MSWIN they converted their old system to an simulcast site. In the DB if you see D, it means digital (Phase I), T means TDMA Capable (Phase II). And E is Encrypted.
