I recently saw a group of these buses pass me by and they had rubber duck-like radio antennas on top of their buses. This simply made me curious as to what frequency they are using? YES, I did my research first and did not come up with anything in the FCC database or here on radio reference. I can tell you that they are owned and operated by Rossmeyer Weber (as printed on the bus). However, I couldn't find anyting in the database under that name either. ONLY friendly feedback will be recognized and appreciated. Thanks!

Just an FYI......most buses, heavy equipment and some large trucks now come with a rubber duckie type antenna on the roof for AM/FM broadcast reception.

Ok, thanks. I didn't realize that. Maybe that's all it was. I know for a fact that the Saddle River Buses just use Nextel Phones to communicate. Perhaps the Raritan Valley Bus Line uses nextels also.
