This system is super active in Ontario. Recently we have discovered that it is also active in Quebec. This being the case it is not unreasonable to assume its also active out across the country. Maybe not everywhere but perhaps in the larger cities.
Here is a short overview on the system.
All sites are using the 99B system ID. All discovered sites have a neighbor list. All sites have their control frequency in the 421-423.5 frequency range. All TG on the system are encrypted BUT do not let this stop you from capturing the local sites. Interestingly the Encryption keys change about once a month. There is a good thread on the Ontario portion of this system in the Ontario forums. The TG although unknown in use can be semi identified by seeing what TG is used where.

The best way to capture this system is using DSDPlus or DSDFastlane. You can also use a scanner and use the discovery and analyze options.
If anyone wishes to share their DSDPlus.p25.data, DSDPlus.groups and DSD.event files via DM I will sort through the information and submit the filtered results to the system data base for the community to enjoy.

Does anyone really bother with this system much anymore since everything is enc on there? I left DSD+ on over the last day on the Hamilton Tower. I noticed Hamilton is not a neighbour with the Cambridge site. Is there still a site there or should it be removed? Another thing there are no RID's...
