Ive been trying to find out who this has been for a while its license is under Summit Air Medical but recently absorbed by REACH based out of Santa Rosa,CA in 2017.
This company is the largest in Calif, several other companys fall under this brand such as CAL-STAR,CAL-ORE Lifeflight, Sierra Lifeflight and many others.
I have no real idea who is on this freq but i was hearing what sounded like Point to Point comms at same signal level and license data is almost nonexistant they were dispatching Fixed Wing 56 Reno to fly 1 hour to Cresent City Ca and meet up with CAL ORE- Lifeflight.
Im trying to find out more so its now permanently programmed in scanner.
FYI signal level was very good at my location 50 miles away so i doubt the transmitter is based at location on license and may be more extensive than i so far have discovered.

Just heard tone out on Med-5 (463.1000/131.8) for Careflight #56 for interfacility transport from eastern sierra hosp in plumas county to uc davis med center.
Reach #56 seems to have changed to Careflight #56

REMSA (who operates Care Flight) has partnered with REACH to provide fixed wing air medical transport - the plane is a Pilauts PC 12/45 and is painted in Care Flight colors - It is designated as Care Flight 56 and is based at the Reno Tahoe International Airport - there is a picture of it on Care Flight's Facebook page - link below.

Careflight dispatch heard on 151.4900/DCS 271 as well as 463.1000/CTCSS 131.8 dispatching Careflight #56.
Caught tail end of conversation but call sign careflight was heard.
Heard around 21:00 hrs April 17 2017.
I thought with this merger that this freq may go away but apparently not.
