Receiving the Greater Cleveland Radio Communication Network in Painesville

Using my 436HP, I can't receive the Greater Cleveland Radio Communication Network in Painesville. Any thoughts/ideas that may improve my chance at receiving this system?

Set the site digital threshold to Manual 8
Use analyze to find the best antenna placement.

The closest GCRCN tower is located in the Euclid area, 1300 Chardon Road. Best guess, you need a better antenna. Possibly one mounted outside and up high or another choice would be a small Yagi that could sit on a desktop. See the coverage map below.

Went ahead and bought a G4....the GCRCN comes in loud and clear from Painesville. Thinking my 436 is about to become a paperweight.
