I was recording a CAP+ site this weekend and I'd say 98% of the clips are saved at normal speed, but some of them are sped up - about 225%. Just enough I can't understand them. I'm loading them into an audio editor and slowing them down to get them to normal speed. Any idea what's going on?

This could happen when the CPU doesn't have time to handle the process to convert the sound to a file and skips over some data bits. It could be that CPU power are consumed from data errors from a bad j401 connector. If you start a debug log session it should be obvious when you look in the log. Could be a bug in the battery save function that puts the CPU into low power mode even when it's recording, so turn that off.

You are recording directly to the SD card and not thru line in on a computer?

Correct, to the SD card. It was a pretty busy site.

I turned off the battery save, thanks.
