Programmed a Pro-95 scanner for a guy who lives in the "High Desert".
He wanted to listen to the Regional Fire Protection Authority (DESCOM) System in Victor Valley, CA. Any High Desert folks out there to lend a hand? He says he's not receiving anything.

One trunked system per bank. I know I have had good luck now with D-Fire-4 and D-Fire-2. It is matching up with good with when we respond with SBCoFD. It is nice to have a heads up before we get toned out.

One thing I forgot also is that Desert Com is EDAC's so they need to be in LCH order and start in ch 01.
