Repair PSR-310?

I have a PSR-310 that suddenly stopped receiving. It won't even receive the local WX channel which is located close by so I know something is really wrong. This was working fine up to last week, has the latest firmware, and I use the RadioReference software to keep it programmed. A hard reset did not help.

Any idea who repairs these, or should I just write it off? It was a great unit for use in Mass.

Uniden may be able to help you, this is a quote from their repair page on their website:

"Uniden now repairs other brand model scanners. Service fee: $69.95."

Remove batteries. Put back in and turn on. This fix works on my PSR-800 when I drop it

Sounds like the classic broken wire between the BNC and PCB.

Could always contact G&G. I have had good service with this place, even on a old Uniden Bearcat BC200XLT.

PSR-310 repair

Thanks to all for the help on this. I disassembled the unit and after re-assembly, it started working again.
