Vintage: Repair Radio Shack HTX-10?

Is there any one near Chicago that could work on a Radio Shack HTX-10 with bad on /OFF Vol. Pod?

If it is like my HTX252, that part is near generic available at Digikey. PC mount cofiguration.
Radio shack info: pn: jv150kapb volume vr 403.
Hard part is dismanteling the whole front, cpu board assembly.

My 2 meter job has a flakey squelch control.
