Repeater Antenna

Here's What i found

Here is the Three antennas i am considering, I will be paring the antenna with LMR-400 Coax.

I need Advise, Which antenna would be better for my application?? Again, i have a Motorola GR300 40watt Repeater (For GMRS) that will be mounted on a 20-30 ft tall (Aprox.) Building I am looking to get 5-7 miles out of the repeater.
