And what are these one like ARC250 Basic/Pro Like?

Butel software makes great programs for scanners, I'm sure one for your radio as well. Some of them have an access to the RR database, and as a premium subscriber you can upload from the database via software

Look at the top of the page , between the words forum and Wiki is the RR Database . It defaults to USA unless you are a premium subscriber.
When you pay a subscription here at RR , then you can download what you need in a few seconds.

You can download a free ARC at this link http://www.butel.nl/bc785/bc250index.html, if you like it and want more , you can pay them and get all the features on PRO .
Bottom line , whether RadioReference or software ,pay more ... get more , it's your call.

Yes, 1808 is the decimal number of the TG; 071 is the hexidecimal
equivalent, for anyone who needs it. The TG is digital (D), and hopefully
they don't use encryption.

I have gone through the trucking setup, i have put in some talk group codes.
I am still getting opp and other scrambled, any help would be great

For this all to come to gather, do you need to upload a program to the scanner or something?

Did you push the TRUNK button and heard it beep after each freq. you entered ?

If you did , your display should show a little M on it , with the freq. and the word
Motorola and TG ID and what ever talkgroup that is showing up.
