I recently picked up a Retevis RT-72 that I want to use for DMR and analog Ham channels.
I downloaded the software which gave me a CPS program and a loaded it with a small codeplug for my hotspot.
There was also a driver with the software but it doesn't do anything when I launch it.
I'm not sure if I need the driver for my windows 10 pc because I've seen numerous videos on the rt-72 where it loaded the radio
right out of the box no drivers needed on both USB and with the kenwood style cable.
My problem is It won't let me read or write to the radio. Has anyone had and overcome this problem?
Also
Has anyone modified UHF to go up to 512 Mhz?
Thanks
