RF Cable Shielding Question

What’s type of shielding is better in terms of EMI protection;

Dual braid with both that have 95% coverage

Or

One braid with 95% coverage and foil with 100% coverage.

I'd go with the dual 95% braid.

The foil is usually aluminum, and the shield is usually tin plated copper. The dissimilar metals can cause noise problems.
