What are the freq's? What kind (brand) of trunking is this?

The license may indicate trunked but the channels are in use conventionally. I also doubt they're operating at near the licensed maximum power either.

They are conventional. 461.6375 is a new special events repeater with 146.2 tone. 463.2125 is reported on radioreference as a Rice Stadium repeater also with 146.2 tone.
