I just got home from work and saw on the news about a major water line break.
There are numerous fd's staged for water rescues and tanker shuttles.
State ema is using marcs radio 18736 for communication
Lots of good listening.
UPDATE
No water rescues are needed. box 708 3rd alarm for tankers is bringing 4 countys in to stage. the state is shipping in drinking water for residents and a command post is located at Richmond mall. This is a 46 inch main.
