Win500: RID entry

When I enter a 7 digit RID it only accepts 5 digits. I haven't used Win500 in a long time but doesn't seem right.
Does anyone know how to do this?
I'm also getting this pop-up that I've never seen before (see attachment). What does it mean?

I don't know what the error message is, but do use WIN500 and never saw it.

You need to change the type from group to private to enter radio ids. Should work then with allowing more than 5 digits for the id.
