Riverdale has moved to Clayton County 700Mhz P-25?

Riverdale is no longer using 154.995. I do not see any updates on Clayton County 700Mhz P-25 Phase II system. Does anyone have any updated info on Riverdale police and fire?

I programmed a PRO668 for a friend of mine and it is not hearing Riverdale on 700/800 mhz. He can hear Morrow..

Have you considered the fact that the Clayton Phase II system is completely Encrypted, and that you won't hear anything? If Riverdale joined the Clayton system, that would be the norm for them.

Monitoring the system for about 10 - 15 mins will prove that "Completely encrypted" is not necessarily accurate.

Clayton County P25 System

I can verify for all of you. Riverdale PD has moved to Clayton's new P25 system. This system is not fully encrypted. Some talkgroups like city operations and low tier stuff are in the open. But all PD traffic is encrypted. Happy scanning
