I’ve noticed Rochester Fire assigning channels “OL 3” through “OL 7” to fire and EMS calls instead of OPS 2, OPS3, etc.
Checking some audio logs it seems maybe they are using the old public safety and all user tacs now labeled as “OL” for Olmsted channels. My guess, to improve communication between FD/PD/MCAS/RPU.

OL 1 - 20402 (no use/logging)
OL 2 - 20404 (is being used)
OL 4 - 20408 (is being used)
OL 8 - 20556 (no use/logging)
