Rock Island PD om Racom's Trunked System

Rock Island PD is now using the RACOM Trunked System for Dispatching. Decimal TG 1597 on the EDACS Regional System is used for Dispatching. no other tgs are know yet. It is presume more may be added later. They should be able to use other Illinois Quad-Cities tgs for mutual aid and co-operation. the former dispatch channel on 460.250 (192,8) is repeating tg1597 for the time being. This leaves only the county Sheriff on VHF-High in the Rock Island County.

This question is for my father-in-law who is pretty tech illiterate and I am scanner illiterate. He lives in Rock Island, IL and has a Uniden Home Patrol 2. He wants to get Rock Island police and fire, however, he says he cannot pick them up. When he bought the scanner, I updated it using Uniden's sentinel software.

Do you know what frequencies R.I. uses and/or how do I find them?
