Rockdale BOE TRS or Analog?

quick nooblet question.... i just checked the DB

Rockdale County Trunking System, Conyers, Georgia - Scanner Frequencies

it says voice is analog but the system is TRS Moto Type II Smartnet, can i monitor this with my old Pro 83?

That is an analog trunking system.
I don't think the pro 83 is a trunk-tracking scanner but you may be able to set the frequencies into a bank and scan them all together (you'll hear everything, not just a specific talkgroup)

FYI, the Rockdale system is to be replaced by a P25 phase 2 network this year. The RFP was approved in 2012, with the county securing funding back in 2010. So, enjoy their analog crackles and scratches while you can:

cant hear much anyways, not with my 83
