Was listening to citywide three today and a traffic lieutenant came over and requested some borough personnel for pedestrian control around rock Plaza.
I switched to citywide one to see if I could hear them but didn’t hear anything.
Does anyone know what channel they are using for this detail

Been many years since I worked for the NYPD but I was thinking maybe Citywide 3 for a detail like that
