Was wanting to make a trip to Rogers Arkansas tomorrow or the next day, I have a whistler 1040 incapable of phase 2 p25. I have a phase 2 capable Uniden on the way but not here yet. On the database it says they are transitioning to phase 2 p25 but not completely yet if I understood correctly. Was wondering if Rogers and Bentonville Fire still on phase 1 or have upgraded to phase 2 yet.

I would suggest clicking on the REPORT link in the first post and asking the mods to move this to the Arkansas thread, you will probably get better responses. The question you have isn't about a Whistler scanner, it is about an Arkansas TRS.
PLEASE do not start a new thread as double posting isn't allowed. The mods do a great job helping people.
