I PURCHASED A NEW BC246T FOR MY WIFE WHO HAS THE SCANNER ON CONSTANTLY. THE DIRECTIONS FOR ADDING TRUNKING FREQUENCIES ARE WAY ABOVE MY HEAD. I DO ADD THE SIMPLE FREQUENCIES BY QUICK SAVE BUT CAN I PAY TO HAVE SOMEONE COMPLETELY BRING THIS SCANNER UP TO DATE SO THAT IT WILL HANDLE ALL NECESSARY FREQUENCIES IN NOVA SCOTIA. IF QUICK SAVE IS MY WAY TO GO - THAT WILL SUFFICE. APPRECIATE ANY ASSISTANCE. george000@ns.sympatico.ca

First of all welcome to scanning.
Secondly, please dont type in CAPS!
Thirdly, there is software available for your radio that makes it easy to program, from what I hear.
You can even find it on this website at scanner master.com.
Then you can enter in all the freqs trunked systems and talked groups you desire.
Failing that, check out the BC246T discussion forum and type in your questions.
