The stuff on that website is so old it's ridiculous - the gentleman who runs that, and other, websites has been in and out of jail for various fraud convictions, and it wouldn't surprise me if one of the conditions of his parole would be no Net affiliations with radio related websites (assuming that the rumor mill is true, he has violated his parole a couple of times...).
Probably best to get on the milcom mailing list on qth.net and ask - if anyone responds, that is....maybe better to drop Larry Van Horn at MT a line and ask. The route numbers likely haven't changed, but the freqs may. There has been a wholesale movement of freqs over the last year or two, and it's entirely likely these have changed too.
