Royal Oak, MI will be having it's 2023 Winter Blast Festival on:
Friday, Feb. 17 from 4-11 p.m.
Saturday, Feb. 18 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Sunday, Feb. 19 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
There will be a lot of activities as well as entertainment. What could go wrong? This should provide some monitoring opportunities.

Royal Oak is in Oakland County (PD & FD) and last time I checked they were still using MA/COM Open Sky that scanner radios are unable to monitor. Their transition to MPSCS is not active yet.
Might give a listen to MURS, FRS/GMRS & CB as well.
