RR databaase = No acess

Hello All
I have been trying to access RR database to see new trunk listings but have been denied , It asks for a sign in which I have allready done per reading the forums but under my user name it says actual user offline ?
what am I missing ? have never been denied access to database , sent help e-mail question but no reply ? Any thoughts...

Have you changed your cookie settings in your browser? You must allow RR to set and maintain a cookie.

No I have not , I can see RR flashing quickly a message that says cookie ? something OK.

Hmmm, try this.

• First Log Out of RR.
  Go into the "cookie" storage area on your computer and delete the cookie(s) that are there in refernce to RadioReference.com.
  Pull back up the Site, you should see the non-registered user home screen, sign in with your User ID and password.

See if that solves the problem.

Also make sure your time and date are correct on your computer.

And if you are blocking cookies you can go into
Internet Options/Privacy/Sites and set "radioreference.com" as a allowed site.

If either of these work then I dunno
