RR Frequency Download Question

I'm trying to populate a CSV file with frequencies for Schenectady County. I have figure out how to get the Fire, Police, etc freqs down into my ARC-5 software (Icom IC-R5). However, I want to build a file of other freqs (power company, busineses, etc).

What am I missing?
