R8600 RS-8600 issues

Hi there,
I've installed and managed to have the RS-8600 working over internet through a VPN.
However I've 2 problems :
1. When changing the mode on the software I can see that the mode is changing but the sound coming out of my speakers is still WFM (whatever the mode I select)
2. The squelch has not effect.

I assume this is a problem with the audio settings but I do not see any clue ?

Any idea?
