This weekend got out my scanner (SDS100) and tried again to monitor River Spirit.

At times, there is some continuity, and at times there is silence and at times to be frank, I don’t know what’s going on.

I looked through FCC license WQCC538 and noticed that they applied for “modifications” very recently.

For some reason, the details of these modifications would not load on my browser.
So I asked AI on my behalf, and it stated that it was granted the following 800 MHC frequencies below.

The truly odd thing about this system is that for some reason, I can actually pick up transmissions at my home better than I can when I’m actually on site, and I’m not exactly sure why.

Just wanted to see if anyone might have any new information.

Thanks.

What 800 frequencies are you seeing stuff on? I can't get any signal from my location on any of those. I can load the FCC license and it is only showing 400mhz frequencies.

Here’s some more information. Not completely sure as to its accuracy.

I didn't realize it wasn't in the database. That WSDS641 is site 23 on the BA system and was added 6-8 months ago at least.

It's been maybe 3 years since I worked Surveillance. I know we had a Lighthorse office (since moved to cancer treatment old place) for Tulsa. They had a patch to their dispatch.

The most active time to track their Surveillance and money train runs are 3am-7am. This is public knowledge.

Some day I may try to map them.

Small world. We likely crossed paths in that room at the top of the stairway once or twice.
Anyways, when I submitted RR updates to their system a year or two ago, I did note that all surveillance identifies themselves as "25"; but It didn't make the cut I guess. I also submitted several other TG ID #s that I couldn't nail down in hopes they would be left as "unknown" for others to identify, but alas, that didn't make the cut either.
There is still a little more work that needs to be done to RS's system to identify all the TGs. There are a ton of them and -like you showed- a person would have to figure out which times the different ones are likely in use. Some are used so sparingly that it would take forever to figure 'em out. Regardless, there are still more than a few left to identify.

LCN 0 for 452.850 is not valid. The table in the database is missing LCN 3 (LSN 5/6). My guess is that 452.850 should be changed to LCN 3.

I agree that the LCN of 0 for 452.850 is not correct. Furthermore, I believe that traffic on 452.8500 is either encrypted or inactive—I have never heard anything on it for several years now. The other frequencies are correct, but I have heard activity on
