Rs Pro-107 please HELP! ISCANN

I have the radio shack pro-107
And I have the iscan program on my computer

I just want to program the the sampson county NC and Newton Grove, NC frequencies
Which only end up being like 15
And I've tried everything I know and have gotten nowhere , I can get the scanner to show the frequency but I don't think I put the other info besides the 800mhz in correct. I will be glad to cash app/ paypal someone if they can help me

The PRO-107 is analog only. You will not be able to receive these 2 P25 fire tac frequencies which are digital.

Most everything for Sampson County is on the North Carolina VIPER statewide trunked system which is digital. Database says sheriff is in the process of migrating to VIPER. Sampson County has 3 sites on the VIPER system.
