RS Pro-197, CTCSS tone

Is it possible to enter a CTCSS Tone of 150.0 hz manually, or are CTCSS tones "preprogrammed" in the Pro-197?

The PSREdit500 software does not allow for entry. So I'm wondering if it can be manually entered into the radio.

The purpose is to react to military transmissions only.

The PL list is pre-defined. I'd imagine 151.4 would be close enough.
