I've been running UniTrunker on the Riverside County EDACS system for a few weeks and have noticed a bunch of talkgroups that show up which I have never seen anything listed for.

These were logged monitoring 868.7125

I've noticed that 785 and 801 are Palm Desert and Indio. I'm curious as to why they showed up on this system. 305 has a lot of references to patients and sounds like it might be security to a hospital.

As for the rest I have no idea. I'm going to run IDTracker and collect some recordings to help ID unknowns. Perhaps some of you folks might have some ideas as to what I have found so far.

Thanks

Thanks for the replies so far.

305 RCMC sounds right. I heard them call this Channel 12.

On 549 overheard "...1-Moreno-95 is 10-8... send me that 20002"

614 with open carrier a few times.

Going to run IDtracker tonight and all day tomorrow and see what it finds.

Few more:

353 - Keyed up a few times

385 - Audio check 1 2 3 4 5... 5 4 3 2 1... test test test... Same voice heard on 358 (Radio Tech 29)

386 - Audio check 1 2 3 4 5... 5 4 3 2 1... test test test... Same OM as above

405 - keyed up a few times

614 - Test 1 2 3 4

Interesting note... on 378 I heard the techs say something about switching over to digital and trying to talk to each other from "West". Any ideas what that means? I hope it's not what I think it is.
