rtl-sdr as 4g lte signal booster

Hello All,

Very new to rtl-sdr radio
Have tried to read what mhz ranges are possible with the rtl-sdr radio(s).
Is it at all possible to achieve 4G LTE signal booster with an rtl-sdr radio,,,possibly with additional crystal oscillator board?
For either one specified frequency 1700mhz or even better multi-band repeater possibilities?

I don't think rtl-sdr will do what you want.
