W2LI will be hosting an RTL-SDR net this evening (Wednesday the 18th) at 8 PM eastern time to talk all things dongle. If you're in the central/northern NJ, NYC or Staten Island area, an amateur radio operator, and are interested in talking shop or learning more about this new cheap SDR solution, please join us!

I can easily host a stream using ProScan.

I'll lock on the repeater around 7:45 pm eastern.

Tonight was a lot of fun, and we had about 10 participants in our RTLSDR net.

We're aiming on doing the same thing, same time next week, with more information to follow.

We're also going to try to link our repeater system, and possibly incorporate Echolink into the mix.
