Running Calls and Streaming with Raspberry Pi issues

Finally had a chance to mess with it again, I ran the ppm test and it gave me a value of -10, so that was what I went with. I took the time to work with gain and ppm myself and found that the proper ppm for my RTL-SDR was a value of -2. The errors are gone and the calls node is working finally. Now I can look ahead to getting a couple more SDRs so I can stream AARRS Northwest Simulcast, GATRRS - Comal County, and GATRRS Blanco, which are all easily receivable from my house. Will probably run a second pi for those though.
