RWC PSAP goes "E"

As of 9AM today, the PSAP East-West patch will be dropped, and all valley agencies will switch over to an encrypted channel for interagency announcements.

It’s coming at some point. Eventually everything ( PD related ) on RWC and TOPAZ will be encrypted. At least that’s what it’s seeming like.

Maybe they will try to encrypt the weather broadcast too one day LOL
